(tried "-refresh 120" too btw) But: When I try to activate AA (Anti-Aliasing) the refresh rate of the monitor automatically gets set to 60Hz. I am NOT talking about FPS here, fps_max is set to 300 … WebJun 22, 2014 · in the nvidia control panel, go to advanced 3d settings and add the cs:go exe. turn off vsync there and set the refreshrate to "application-controlled" or smth like this also make sure u are playing in fullscreen mode, otherwise u wont be able to run this game in 120 hz, while your desktop is running at 144 hz
