Web14 dec. 2024 · The MRD negativity rate overall during follow-up was 76% (26/34 evaluable patients), 81% (25/31) among patients with t (4;11), and 33% (1/3) among patients with other KMT2A -rearrangements. With a median follow-up of 63 months, 14 patients (28%) were alive at the last follow-up, 11 (22%) in CR1. WebMedian age was 62 years (range, 18-85), 84% of patients had advanced-stage disease, and 87% had an International Prognostic Index score ≥2. Fourteen patients (11%) had a history of low-grade follicular lymphoma. MYC translocation was present in 81%, and extra signals of MYC in 25% of patients.
