WebThis amount is up from $455 per week ($23,660 annually) beginning January 1, 2024. Oregon law requires a weekly salary equivalent to a monthly salary calculated by multiplying the applicable regional minimum wage by 2,080 hours and dividing that amount by 12 months. ORS 653.010 (9); OAR 839-020-0004 (29).
